COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear Valued Customers,

With the increasing threat of the Coronavirus, INFINITI of South Bay would like to outline the actions we are taking to protect the members of our company, our customers, and our community. In doing so, we are following these important initiatives:

1. ENSURE THE MAXIMUM PROTECTION FROM THE CORONAVIRUS ENTERING OUR DEALERSHIP

To achieve this initiative we are:

A. Totally sanitizing our dealership daily, including the sales showroom, our lounge, the service and parts area and all service bays.

B. Cleaning our restrooms, service advisor stations, sales consultant desks, and parts counters on an hourly basis.

C. Cleaning the steering wheel, door handles, and console of every car in the showroom on an hourly basis

D. Cleaning our customer lounges and employee lounges four times per day.

E. Cleaning the steering wheel and door handles of every customer's car in the service lane before it is moved.

F. Cleaning the steering wheel and door handles of every customer's car before it is appraised.

G. Every person involved in cleaning or moving a customer's vehicle is required to wear gloves.

H. Technicians are required to wear gloves while working on a vehicle.

I. Every service loaner when it is returned is thoroughly cleaned.

J. All people involved in shipping and receiving are required to wear gloves at all times.

K. All sales desks, tables in the customer lounge, and service advisor stations are required to have sanitizers.

L. All leftover food or empty food bags or required to be immediately taken to an external waste container. No food can be consumed at a work desk or service bay.

M. All phones are be wiped down each time after they are used.

N. Requesting that everyone frequently wash their hands.

All actions are to be reviewed every day by our Department Leaders to ensure that they are being completed. This level of detailed action is what we will need to do to thwart its movement into our dealership here at INFINITI of South Bay.

2. ENSURE WE MINIMIZE THE EXPOSURE OF ANY MEMBER

To achieve this initiative we have:

A. Suspended all travel for any INFINITI manufacturer meetings, including any training that is not specifically required.

B. Advised our members on the importance of practicing appropriate social distancing, cleanliness and sanitization on and off the job.

At INFINITI of South Bay we are confident that if we focus on mitigating or altering any processes or habits that can enhance the risk of contracting or spreading the Coronavirus, then we will have served the staff of our company, our customers, and our community well.

Working together, we will navigate through these waters and we will continue to be a place that can be trusted to do the right things for everyone who engages with us here at INFINITI of South Bay.
