He handled our issue with kindness and made sure we got things resolved and were happy... and we are!! Really great service, friendly educated staff! We would absolutely do business with them again!

  They offer excellent customer service from the guy at the service desk who assisted me to get a salesperson to the salesperson who is Grayson is just enough to be honest and say I don't have any cars that you're looking for but I'd be happy to locate one all I need is your name and your number they have clean showrooms they have coffee tea water I would definitely recommend this dealership although it's deep down on PCH it's a good drive for a Sunday afternoon

  We threw the dealership for a loop when we came in and decided last minute to get the car on the showroom floor over the one we were discussing. Regardless all the team members there from Sales (Kaz and his Mgr) to Finance were helpful and cooperative. We walked out with a great deal and great QX60 and we had a really good and smooth experience. No high pressure tactics and everything from the test drive to reviewing the numbers was very pleasant. Definitely recommend.

I've since dropped my car here for repairs as it was the closest location to my incident so fingers crossed on my treatment.   Only small thing was they didn't offer a loaner car which would seem customary in a car breakdown emergency but I also know this was an unscheduled visit so they get a pass . Lastly , my normal dealer in MV seems to have a more diverse workforce in terms of gender , I suggest this dealer considers hiring more woman for a better balance in the service department
