What is INFINITI Exclusives?
INFINITI Exclusives is our new, uniquely personalized benefit program that allows us to express gratitude to owners of the all-new 2025 INFINITI QX80 in a style perfectly tailored to their interests and preferences.
Exclusively for INFINITI of South Bay 2025 QX80 clients!
INFINITI Exclusives program is available only for 2025 QX80 clients. A registered VIN must be recorded before contact with Guest Experience Concierge will occur.
What are some examples of the INFINITI Experience Exclusives?
Couple’s two-night getaway with breakfast each morning and a dinner at on-property fine dining. Arranging a private honey tasting with a local beekeeper as a surprise and delight. The on-property chef will curate a honey “sweet treat” and there will be a custom INFINITI branded note upon arrival for guests.
VIP Tickets to Little Big Town in Austin, TX
Aunt and niece to attend. Included in the package is an upscale Mediterranean dinner. Artist Meet & Greets will be included as a surprise and delight.
VIP services to create a custom chocolate golf ball to be in client room at check-in.
In-Home Culinary Experience in Columbia, SC
Chef is a top food creative and mixologist and will provide exclusive liquor/wine selection.

A Guest Experience Concierge will be your primary point of contact with INFINITI Exclusives who will work to curate a personalized experience that’s just right for you.
About 14 days after the delivery of your 2025 INFINITI QX80, a Guest Experience Concierge will reach out to begin the process.
If you don’t want to wait and want to get started now, you can start the process by completing the Preference Form.
From the date of vehicle purchase or lease, you have three months to claim a benefit by completing the Preference Form, and six months to redeem the experience.
